At mayours, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, or refund policy on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, exchange, or refund. After 30 days, these options will no longer be available.
If your items are not as described, we offer an exchange or a 100% money back guarantee. Please note that you cannot receive both an exchange and a full refund - you must choose either one or the other. To request a return or exchange, please email us and we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement product within 24 hours. Please allow 3-4 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, or the usual shipping time for the replacement product to arrive.
For returns that are not covered under the "items not as described" policy, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, but it will not be a full refund.
